so, i just came back last month from new york and i saw lucy dacus live there. i loved lucy's new album, but after the concert it started to hit me different. "forever is a feeling" was pretty much the soundtrack of most of my days walking to the train station going to manhattan. and now that i came back home, i can't really listen to it without feeling bittersweet. great album, though. shoutout to that cool girl i met in the line for lucy's concert: page from new jersey, if you ever read this (sadly you won't), it was so nice meeting you. hope you're okay. well, i'm not really listening to anything new lately. from time to time i get obsessed with boygenius all over again like it was the first time discovering it, so i'm in that phase again. also, i'm listening a lot to faye webster.
